Due
to upcoming changes in the National Association of REALTORS® MLS policy,
it is necessary for us to update our Participation and Subscription agreements.
These forms will need to be updated for both the Asheville Board
of REALTORS® Services (ABRS) and the Western
North Carolina Regional MLS (WNCRMLS).
Accordingly, the documents linked to this page set forth the rights and
obligations of the parties under the subscription for MLS services; specifically
granting you as the subscriber a license to use the MLS listing content,
and reciprocally grants the MLS the right to post your listing content
in its database. We acknowledge that firms and agents already enrolled
and established in the WNCRMLS have paid the required ABRS initiation
fees and annual access fees for 2008.
Please have the Designated REALTOR® of your firm sign and date a copy
of the WNCRMLS
Participation Agreement and the ABRS
Enrollment Agreement. Please have each of your employees
or independent contractors who currently subscribe or will be subscribing
to the MLS service sign and date a copy of the WNCRMLS
Subscription Agreement and the ABRS
Subscription Agreement. (The terms of this agreement are
similar to those of the Participation Agreement, but set forth the rights
and obligations of individual users, rather than of firms).
Download the forms here, print them out and fax them to ABRS
by December 15, 2007. The documents have several pages for your
records. The Board needs only the executed first and last pages
of each document.

to use for your convenience.
