- Promotes public relations efforts of ABR aimed at improving the public image of REALTORS® and encouraging consumers to use the services of REALTORS®.
- Committee members plan and coordinate community service projects, per the Board of Directors. Events include Habitat House, Bele Chere (booth), and the blood drive.
- Reviews public and private requests for ABR donations and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding donation endeavors.

- This committee is comprised of ECO-certified agents, agents pursuing the ECO designation, and other ABR members interested in green-building and environmental issues.
- Committee members discuss and promote green-building efforts/developments in the community.
- Guest speakers at monthly meetings present products and systems that promote green-development efforts on a local, state and national level.

- Monitors the financial status of the Board and its Subsidiaries.

- Monitors local, state, and federal governmental actions. Often, committee members attend city and/or county legislative events and recommend appropriate action/verbiage for proposed legislation relating to home ownership and property rights/restrictions.
- Committee members are responsible for informing members of current issues.

- Responsible for ABR’s social and educational events.
- Committee members recommend educational programs and events for ABR members and provide on-site support at the events. Events include designation courses, Rookie REALTOR® sessions, and other member development classes.
- Committee members plan and implement REXPO (REALTOR® Exposition) each spring.
- Committee members plan and coordinate Board-wide social events, per the Board of Directors. Events include the REALTOR® R&R and the annual golf tournament.

- Responsible for informing members of issues important to REALTORS® and those candidates who support those issues.
- Coordinates collections of RPAC contributions from ABR members.

- A screening committee that reviews ethics complaints and arbitration requests.
- Decides whether or not to send ethics complaints and arbitration requests forward to the Professional Standards committee for hearings.
- Grievance committee members are required to take Code of Ethics / Professional Standards training before participating in the complaint review process.

- Conducts full “due process” hearings with sworn testimony, witnesses, and evidence, for ethics complaints and arbitration requests forwarded by the Grievance committee or Board of Directors.
- Professional Standards committee members are required to take Code of Ethics / Professional Standards training and to have served on a Grievance or Professional Standards committee previously.

- Monitors the effectiveness of MLS, lockbox, and other related systems and makes recommendations for necessary changes or improvements.
- Reviews MLS Rules and Regulations and makes recommendations for revisions as necessary.

- Overall purpose is to maintain an effective, low-cost advertising vehicle for advertisers; enabling advertisers to enhance their sales, productivity, and image.
- Provides guidance and assistance in the overall operations of the Real Estate Weekly™ and web development efforts.
- Serves as the governing body, setting advertising/web development policy with the approval of the Board of Directors.
